Halloween/Fall Decoration Donations
If you have any decorations that you would be willing to donate for this event you can send them with your child to be dropped off in a designated box near the front office. Please help spread the word about this donation box.
Signs
The following signs need to be made for each room and game. Individuals creating signs need to be willing to collaborate with each other (over email is fine) so that the signs could have a consistent design. Maybe orange poster board with black writing. We need signs for: Bingo, Ice-Cream Social, Craft Room (make your own treat bags) (we need two of these), Face Painting, Tattoo Parlor, Candy Walk, Dance Party (learn a new routine) (we need two of these), Spooky Storytelling, Pumpkin Patch Game, Pumpkin Bowling, Sack Races, Penny Toss, Pumpkin Buckets)
Facepainting
A volunteer is needed to create a design board displaying possible facepaint designs (Heart, mustache, smiley face…) Please make sure to include very simple designs that anyone could draw using crayon-like-facepaint.
Tattoo Parlor
This person would be responsible for creating a large sign that advertises a Tattoo Parlor. Children will be winning temporary tattoos at one of the games. Other materials needed: a couple of small sponges and small bowls of water.

Pumpkin Buckets - We have this game, but we are missing one plastic orange pumpkin bucket. Task - find a round orange pumpkin bucket and give to April Eichmiller.
Pumpkin Bottles Knock Down - We have this game, but we are missing one plastic orange one liter bottle. Task - find a orange one liter bottle or paint a bottle orange and give it to April Eichmiller.
Pumpkin Patch Game
Description: Think ducky game but instead of a pool of water with rubber ducks, we are going for a pumpkin patch with real mini pumpkins sitting in hay.
Materials needed: 25ish mini pumpkins, hay, plastic pool or something to contain pumpkins Task: Draw a star on bottom of a few pumpkins, if child picks a blank pumpkin he/she gets 1 prize if he/she picks a star pumpkin he/she gets 2 prizes
This person would be responsible for gathering the necessary items and to drop them off at Holmes a few days before the fest (exact date and time to be determined later).

Day Of Help (Tuesday October 27 )
Setup
Please respond if you are willing to help set up on Tuesday October 27th from 3:15-6:00 pm. Duties include, covering tables, hanging decorations, and placing games and supplies in their designated locations. Many people are needed for this role.
Cleanup
Please respond if you are willing to help cleanup from 7:30-8:30 pm. Duties include, uncovering tables and taking down decorations.
Bingo
Two volunteers are need in the Bingo room for each session. Session 1 from 6:00-6:45 and session 2 from 6:45-7:30 pm.

Two volunteers are also needed the day of the festival to draw basic designs on hands and faces using crayon shaped face paint. Session 1 from 6:00-6:45 and session 2 from 6:45-7:30 pm.
